Growing up in Southern Louisiana, whether it was hunting, fishing or crawfishing with his dad and grandpa, he spent most of his time in the outdoors. Cooking cajun cuisine is in his family’s roots! This is the first boil I’ve used that didn’t leave a bloating feeling when I was done eating. The flavor is the best out there. Tried it on crawfish and crabs so far, can’t wait to use it on shrimp!
