How To Boil
BOILING INSTRUCTIONS
For 1 (3lb) bag of our seafood boil
CRAWFISH (40lbs), CRABS (4-5 dozen), and SHRIMP (35lbs)
Fill your pot with enough water to cover the CRAWFISH, CRABS, or SHRIMP.
1. Add 1 pound of seasoning to your water.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Add potatoes, corn, and sausage then cover with the lid.
4. Boil for 20-25 minutes
5. Remove potatoes, corn, and sausage.
6. Add 1 more pound of seasoning to your water.
7. Add all of your CRAWFISH, CRABS, or SHRIMP to your water and cover with the lid.
8. For SHRIMP start time as soon as they are in the water for (1.5-2 minutes)
8a. For CRAWFISH or CRABS when steam starts to come out of the lid, set timer for 3-5 minutes.
9. Dump the CRAWFISH,CRABS, or SHRIMP into an ice chest then slowly sprinkle the remaining pound of seasoning over the seafood.
9a. For SHRIMP leave lid open to prevent over cooking.
9b. For CRAWFISH or CRABS shake your ice chest really good and let sit for 15 minutes to let the seasoning melt.
FINAL STEP: Time to start grubbing!
