I used the all purpose seasoned flour to fry fish this past lent. We picked up 2 bags at the Delcambre Farmers market last year. I rubbed the fish with mustard then battered with the seasoned flour. Best fried fish I've eaten. Came out perfectly seasoned and taste was awesome. This will be my go to from here on out.

I tried this product a while ago and really enjoyed it. We do A LOT of cookouts here at the house, and they always involve fried seafood. This fry mix is so good I ended up buying 25 lb of it to keep on hand all the time. I personally haven't found anything much better at big box stores.

We fry fish and chicken a lot! Kids love popcorn chicken. We used Blanchard’s all purpose season batter on chicken last week and the kids said it was the best they had ever tasted!
